Restaurant SKADI has added a summer bar menu, featuring the SKADI burger. Chef Ian Algeroen said he is offering the dish "to invite locals and tourists to enjoy a quality meal at a reasonable price. This summer we are going to be a ten-dollar-burger joint.” The SKADI burger is made from house ground choice beef and served with heirloom tomatoes, mixed lettuces, and pomme gaufritte. The burger has options to add Danish Bleu Cheese or a Torchoin of Foie Gras. The bar menu also offers a Duck Leg Confit Salad served with Goat Cheese and Port Marinated Figs, and a Classic Caesar with an Herb Marinated Breast of Chicken.

Other not so Euro treats are just as likely to please, like macadamia crusted ahi and a varied selection of top-notch steaks.
