One of the first franchises to land in town, the Chart House has proved that it lacks nothing in character, atmosphere and great steak and seafood. The fish may not be as fresh as some of their more coastal, urban restaurants, but highlights like macadamia crusted mahi mahi and shrimp scampi are hard to beat in Mammoth. The real champion of the Chart House, though, is the salad bar. With a huge selection of salads, pastas, dressings and toppings, the salad bar here is rivaled by few Mammoth establishments.
