The newest issue of Mammoth Monthly magazine is on the racks. It features stories about two of Mammoth's more well-known ski aficionados, Bernard Rosow and "Powder Dan" Molnar. Molnar wouldn't call himself an aficionado, however. "I'm a ski bum, through and through."

The magazine also features a profile of Russell and Matt Kile, a father-son team that is in the business of finding water. They are the fourth generation of Kiles who are in the biz.

Also, author Wendi Grasseschi has an essay of April in Long Valley, while Ceal Klingler makes her magazine debut with a story about the Horny Toads of Bishop.

You can pick up the magazine throughout Mammoth and the Eastern Sierra, as well as Southern California, Las Vegas and Reno.
